Monthly report, September 2026

Review of September with figures on report volume, processing time and availability.

Key figures

In September a total of around 29,800 reports were received. The average processing time was 11 minutes and the mean availability of information sources was 98.3 per cent. Utilisation of the situation centre averaged 53 per cent for the month.

Notable events

There was one event-driven report during the month (see LZ-2026-039). Otherwise the situation remained without notable incidents.

Developments in operations

The rollout of the revised reporting template was completed. First feedback from participating offices shows better comparability of incoming reports.

A good situation picture comes not from more data, but from reliable classification.

Outlook

October will focus on the review of thresholds and a joint exercise with several offices.
